The short trip in an Iraqi city has no good answer yet. We built the app, the vehicle control and the operations software ourselves to give it one.

Why Scoteri exists.

Shared scooters spread across Europe, North America and parts of the Gulf, and then stopped. Iraqi cities were never on the map, not because the need is missing, but because operating here is unfamiliar to the companies that might have come.

A city needs to trust that a fleet will stay orderly before it permits one. Parking has to be checked, riders verified, and some streets kept free of scooters entirely. A product that was not designed for that does not fit.

So we built one that was. Scoteri’s assumptions were made for this region from the first line of code.

    Launch shared electric scooters in Erbil that the city is glad to have, and prove the model well enough to repeat it.

  • The rule we keep

    Order before scale. A fleet a city cannot govern would cost us every other city we might enter.

Every scooter, connected

Each vehicle keeps a live link to Scoteri. Its position and state are always known, so a scooter can be found, locked or taken out of service from the back office.

A ride starts with a command to the vehicle, and the clock only runs once the scooter replies.
