Why Erbil.
A city built in rings
Erbil grew outward around its citadel in rings. That shape produces exactly the trip a scooter is good at: too far to walk comfortably, too short to be worth parking a car.
Nothing fills the gap today
No shared bikes, no shared scooters, no light option at all. The short trip is made by private car or taxi, both heavy answers to a light question.
Order designed in
Verified riders, checked parking and zones agreed with the city before launch, designed around Erbil rather than adapted from somewhere else.

The platform was built and tested in Erbil, and will be run by people who know which streets a scooter should never be on.
How the city keeps control.
Before a fleet is deployed the map is agreed. Places scooters may not ride, may not park or must slow down are drawn in the back office and enforced on the scooters themselves.
