This site provides information about Scoteri, its platform, and the partnership and investment conversations we are open to. It is informational.

Scoteri is pre-launch. Nothing on this site is an offer of a transport service, and no scooter rental service is available through it.

We take care that what appears here is accurate and current, and we deliberately avoid publishing figures we cannot support. Even so, the site is provided as it is, and descriptions of the platform, plans and timelines may change without notice.

Where the site describes what Scoteri intends to do, that is an intention rather than a commitment.

When you submit a form on this site you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are entitled to provide it, and that you are contacting us on your own behalf or with authority to act for the organisation named.

Sending an enquiry does not create any contract, partnership, agency or investment relationship between us. It starts a conversation.

Please do not send confidential or commercially sensitive information through the website forms. If a discussion needs confidentiality, we will put an agreement in place first.

The Scoteri name, logo, brand and the design, text, graphics and code of this site are owned by Scoteri or used under licence. You may read, share and link to pages for your own information and for normal business purposes.

You may not copy the Scoteri brand or the site’s design for your own use, or present our material as your own.

Where this site links elsewhere, that is for convenience. We do not control other sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts, unless a mandatory law where you live provides otherwise.
